Ordering commissions

To commission me you need to fill down the form below or send me an email at julbergarts[at]gmail.com. For me to do your commission, I need you to give me basic description of your commission idea and possible reference pictures if you have such. Simple drawn sketch of your idea is also good if your idea is complicated, or you have certain composition in mind.
You will get a price estimate when you send the description of your commission idea. Note that multiple characters and complex designs may rise the price of the commission!

Payments

Payments will be paid half upfront and half when the artwork is finished. You will receive the full resolution version of the artwork after the full payment has been received. Without the final payment, you will not receive the full resolution version of the artwork and you do not have any rights to the artwork. With large orders payment plan can be discussed.

Payments will be done through Paypal. I will send you an invoice, which requires your Paypal addres. Paypall fees are included in the price of the commission. Prices are shown in USD, but Euros are also accepted. No other payment methods will be accepted at the moment.

Commission Process

You will be getting process shots of the atworks different stages - greyscale thumbnaill sketch, refined sketch with color, one progress shot of the painting stage and the final artwork. Additional process shots can be sent if I need to ask more opinnions of the direction where the painting is going.

You will be offered 3 thumbnail sketches of your artwork, which you can choose from. One edit of the sketch is free of charge, but after this the edits will be extra 10$ per thumbnail. Small edits on the final artwork are also free of charge (for example, addigin small details that were forgotten, minor color corrections.) However, major changes to the final artwork will be charged extra 50$ per hour.
Single artwork will take around 2-4 weeks to finnish. The commissios will be done by first come first serve basis, but if you need to have your artwork done faster than 2-4 weeks, there will be extra +50% to the price of the artwork as a rush fee. For multiple artworks the turn-around time will be dependable of the amount of artworks and complexcity, and will be discussed before the work is started.

Rights

I have the right to decline and cancel any commission. If i decide to cancel your commission order, you will get all paid money returned to you.
After the commission has been started and the first payment is sent, you can not cancel the commission order. You can only cancel your commission order before you have sent your first payment.
As a creator of the artwork, I have all rights to use the artwork. I can share it on social media, use it in my portfolio, promotions, etc. I do not claim ownership of the characters in the artwork.

You have rights to share, repost and print the artwork you have purchased from me for personal use. You cannot however use your artwork for commercial use, without separate license agreement.
